Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours except where noted. Shipping by UPS Ground normally takes 5 business days for delivery within the continental United States. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service assuming the item meets the size and weight guidelines. Some heavy and oversized items require extra shipping fees based on size or weight. These fees will be added to an item's price, in addition to its standard shipping cost. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the item's description.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam must be shipped via 2-day air or United States Postal Service. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable.
We will ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout. International shipping charges include all customs, duty, and taxes where applicable. International orders that contain backordered items will not ship until all items are available.
Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Some heavy or oversized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping charges that will be added to the prices listed above. BlackEye Athletics reserves the right to change the prices shown above without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price. In rare occassions, your order will be shipped directory from the manufacturer. At times Muay Thai equipment must be ordered, then shipped to you directory from the manufacturer in Thailand. This rare, but does happen. In those situations, your order will shipped via Thai Registered Mail(TRM). Thai Regular Mail is a safe economical way to ship your equipment out of Thailand. TRM offers confirmation that your package has been shipped from the Thai post. What it does not offer is end-to-end tracking for packages shipped from Thailand. You will not receive a tracking number with this shipping method. Although you will not be able to track your package, your equipment is guaranteed and insured for delivery. The typical delivery time is 5-21 business days. If you require tracking, please choose Express Mail Service (EMS) for your shipping method.
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 14 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Please email our Customer Service Department if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy.
If a product develops a problem or is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, complete the blank Return/Exchange Form (REF) describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken. The REF must accompany all returns. You can download then print a blank REF here.

Douglasville, GA 30154 It is recommended that you send all returns back via FED EX. All returns and exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email our Customer Service Department to receive the RMA. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. The product return itself is authorization for your credit card to be charged for these fees. While we make every effort to process all requests in a prompt fashion, please allow 10-15 business days on all returns, exchanges, refunds or credits. There will be no credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 14 days after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges on all videos, DVDs and books.
