We ship in-stock equipment within 24-48 hours of your purchase. All Twins equipment is handmade and shipped directly from the manufacturer in Thailand.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods out of Thailand:

1. Thai Regular Mail (Registered)  - Thai Regular Mail (TRM) is a safe, economical way to ship your equipment out of Thailand. TRM offers confirmation that your package has been shipped from the Thai post. What it does not offer is end-to-end tracking for packages shipped from Thailand. You will not receive a tracking number with this shipping method. Although you will not be able to track your package, your equipment is guaranteed and insured for delivery. The typical delivery time is 5-21 business days. If you require tracking, please choose Express Mail Service (EMS) for your shipping method.

2. Express Mail Service (EMS) - EMS is an international mail service recognized and used all over the world. EMS is safe, and a much faster method of shipping your equipment out of Thailand. Delivery time for EMS is 3-7 business days, with end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking number with your purchase. EMS shipping is more expensive then TRM.

3. USPS Priority Mail  - We ship our US domestic inventory via USPS Priority Mail. Our domestic inventory includes items such as, hand and ankle wraps, mouth guards, MMA gloves and shorts, Thai shorts and T-Shirts. Priority Mail is the safest and most economical way to ship packages from the US to our customers both domestic and international. With Priority Mail, you will receive a tracking number with your purchase. Delivery time for Priority Mail is 3-7 business days with end-to-end tracking.

Stocking Policy

We attempt to stock all of Twins' vast array of equipment, however there will be times when we do not have a particular piece of equipment in stock. You will be notified when your purchase has been back ordered. Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks to manufacture, plus shipping time.

Return Policy

We offer 100% guarantee on all our equipment. We also offer a 7 day money back return policy, which starts the day your equipment arrives at your location. We will only accept equipment that has not been used, and returned in its original packaging.
