We lost a real warrior and a true friend to the game in Vernon Forrest. And while his murder was senseless and futile, we can say nothing more than it was his time to go. Be real to the game whatever it is, boxing, mma, or your respective martial art, and represent it to the fullest, because no one is promised tomorrow. And you never know when you will have to step up and be the next great one.
